IN THIS ISSUE:

I.   World Servers' Spread, March, 2009....We have a very clear oracle this month, not only due to the Tarot pack chosen but also the cards that have presented themselves.  These times need no introduction -- it's the spring of '09, and we're all morphing to beat the band.  But I would like to add in a layer of nuance to the interpretation that might help us see the "punch" in this spread a little easier. II.  New Moon Notes - March 26, 2009 ...What a wild cosmic tide we are riding! Ever since FullMoon the undulations have been coming, wave after wave. From March 10th till now, Luna has crossed and stimulated every planet in the Solar System (except Venus) on the way to her reunion with the Sun in Aries, here at the start of spring. With any luck, things will begin to calm down as the Moon crosses the next five untenanted signs uneventfully. ....

This Reading uses the Kazanlar Tarot

• World position:  The Star
• Fool position:  2 Wands reversed

New Moon Notes - March, 2009

What a wild cosmic tide we are riding! Ever since FullMoon the undulations have been coming, wave after wave. From March 10th till now, Luna has crossed and stimulated every planet in the Solar System (except Venus) on the way to her reunion with the Sun in Aries, here at the start of spring. With any luck, things will begin to calm down as the Moon crosses the next five untenanted signs uneventfully.

My description for the action in the heavens since last NewMoon is this; the planets are moving like a slinky going down stairs.  The slow-moving outer planets Neptune and Uranus are not very far removed from where they were at this time last month.  They are visualized as the stationary end of the slinky.  Meanwhile from behind, the other end of the slinky -- symbolizing the faster-moving planets -- uses the pivot of the stationary 'foot' to flip over from the step above and pour down upon the step below.  Just so, in the last two weeks, the slow-moving planets have been overtopped and vaulted by Mercury and Mars (in the case of Neptune) and Mercury, Moon and Sun (in the case of Uranus).
